At Anantvarn by Gargi, every piece is made in small batches, finished by hand, and crafted in collaboration with Indian artisans. Our policies are created to protect the value of handmade work while ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Most products are made-to-order or hand-finished.
    Processing time: 5–12 working days.
  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched in 2–4 working days.
  • Custom or personalised orders may take longer; timelines will be shared at the time of ordering.

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, orders reach you in 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
  • A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
  • A small shipping fee applies on orders below this value.
  • COD (if enabled) will carry an additional handling fee.

Delays

Festivals, weather disruptions, or courier delays may extend delivery timelines slightly.
We promise to stay in touch and keep you updated.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every Anantvarn piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, texture, or finishing are part of its artisanal character. We offer a fair and simple exchange process for genuine concerns while protecting artisan-made products from misuse.

What Can Be Exchanged

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues (for apparel)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

As followed by most artisanal brands:

  • Customised / made-to-order pieces
  • Hand-painted or hand-embroidered artworks
  • Sale items
  • Products purchased with offers
  • Altered or used items
  • Items without tags or with perfume/makeup stains
  • Accessories

How to Raise an Exchange Request

Email us at info@anantvarnbygargi.com or DM us on Instagram with:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for exchange
  3. Clear photos/videos of the product

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Exchange Process

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).
  • In remote areas, you may need to ship the product back to us.
  • Once the piece passes quality check, your replacement will be shipped in 5–7 working days.

Refunds

As a small-batch artisanal brand, we do not offer refunds.

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled
  • The product is damaged in transit and no replacement is available

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All customised pieces are specially created for you.
Therefore, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

SUSTAINABILITY NOTE

Returning a handmade piece affects multiple artisans and increases carbon footprint.
Please check:

  • Fabric description
  • Colour notes
  • Videos/photos
    before placing your order.
    Our team is always happy to help you with sizing or styling queries.
  • All T&Cs mentioned here are over and above our standard T&Cs.
